Removing ClueData

The following instructions explain how to remove the ClueData representation of a SNOMED CT Edition from your hard disk.

WARNING - Do NOT delete ClueData unless you are sure you are not using it. For example, whatever Edition you are using you will need the International Edition that it was built to work with. If you remove this you may be unable to access the local Edition data.

To Remove ClueData from your hard disk:

If the CliniClue Xplore Browser is running, exit from the Browser. This is essential if you want to remove the current selected Edition. The scheme selector cannot delete files that are open.
Run the CliniClue Edition Selection program. Start > All Programs > CliniClue Xplore > CliniClue Edition Selection
Click to select the SNOMED CT Edition you wish to delete.
Choose the delete option from the menu File > Delete selected Edition
You will be prompted to type a word to confirm you wish to deleted the Edition. This prompt is included to minimize the risk of accidental deletion.
Repeat the process to delete more versions.
Run the CliniClue Xplore Browser.
Obtain and apply your CliniClue validation key.
You are now ready to use the CliniClue Xplore Browser.
