Obtaining a CliniClue Validation key

The following instructions explain how to obtain a free CliniClue validation key. This process requires access to the internet. If you are unable to register immediately you can use 'Demo' mode to authorise a short period of use (4-7 days).

To obtain a validation key:

  1. To obtain a CliniClue validation key complete the registration form at www.cliniclue.com/register
  2. After you have registered please check your email for a message containing a validation key. The message should be emailed immediately on completion of the form and you should received it within a few minutes. If you do not recieve a key within an hour then the most likely explanation is that the validation email is being blocked as 'spam'. Check the advice at www.cliniclue.com/faq_validation and/or retry using a different email account.
  3. Apply the validation key to CliniClue Xplore. Follow this link for further instructions on applying a validation key.
